How does the booking process work?
Simply fill out the booking form above with your travel preferences. Within 2 hours (during business hours), our travel specialist will send you a detailed, customized itinerary with exact pricing. Review the itinerary, request any changes, and once you're happy, we'll send a booking confirmation link. Pay a 30% deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due 30 days before travel.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods for your convenience:

  • International credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS for Indian customers)
  • UPI payments (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm)
  • PayPal for international customers
  • Installment options available for bookings above ₹1,00,000

All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

What if I need to cancel my trip?

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair:

  • 45+ days before travel: Full refund minus ₹5,000 processing fee
  • 30-44 days before travel: 50% refund of total amount paid
  • 15-29 days before travel: 25% refund of total amount paid
  • Less than 15 days: No refund, but can be rescheduled (subject to availability)

Travel insurance is highly recommended and can be added to your package.

Do I need travel insurance?

While not mandatory, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Medical emergencies and hospitalization
  • Trip cancellation/interruption
  • Lost or delayed baggage
  • Flight delays and missed connections
  • Emergency evacuation

We can arrange travel insurance for you at competitive rates, or you can purchase independently. Travel insurance costs typically range from 3-5% of your total trip cost.

Are visa services included?

Visa requirements vary by destination and your nationality:

Thailand: Indians get 30-day visa on arrival (free). We provide visa documentation support.

Vietnam: E-visa available ($25). We assist with the entire application process.

Philippines: Indians get 30-day visa on arrival (free). We provide arrival documentation.

Dubai: E-visa required ($50-100 depending on validity). We handle the entire visa process for ₹2,500 per person.

We provide complete visa guidance, documentation checklists, and application assistance for all destinations.

What's included in the package price?

Our packages typically include:
