Welcome to Easy Thai Holidays. By booking any travel services with us or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking. If you have any questions, contact us at info@easythaiholidays.com or call +66 906614672.

Disclaimer of liability
Service Accuracy

While we strive to ensure all information provided is accurate and up-to-date, Easy Thai Holidays shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the descriptions of hotels, tours, activities, or services. All images and descriptions are provided as guidance only.

Third-Party Services

We act as intermediaries between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, tour operators, transportation companies). Easy Thai Holidays is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such third-party suppliers, nor for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages resulting from their services.

Travel Risks

Travel involves inherent risks including but not limited to: political instability, health hazards, weather conditions, flight delays, natural disasters, terrorism, and pandemics. Travelers acknowledge these risks and agree that Easy Thai Holidays cannot be held responsible for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure events).

Travel Documents

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and all necessary travel documents. Easy Thai Holidays provides visa guidance as a courtesy but is not responsible for visa denials, processing delays, or any costs incurred due to inadequate documentation.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your travel arrangements shall be limited to the total amount you paid to Easy Thai Holidays for those specific services. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Payment Terms
Deposit Requirements

To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total package cost is required within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation invoice. Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment immediately.

Balance Payment

The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before your departure date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of your booking, with forfeiture of the deposit.

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • International credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS for Indian customers)
  • UPI payments (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm)
  • PayPal (international customers)

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) and are subject to currency fluctuation until full payment is received.

Additional Costs

Prices quoted are based on costs applicable at the time of quotation. We reserve the right to adjust prices if there are significant increases in:

  • Airline fuel surcharges
  • Government taxes and fees
  • Hotel rates
  • Currency exchange rates (beyond 5% variation)

You will be notified of any price changes before final payment is due. If the increase exceeds 10% of the original quote, you have the right to cancel with full refund.

Processing Fees

All payments are subject to a processing fee:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 2.5% of transaction amount
  • Bank Transfer: No processing fee
  • International Payments: 3.5% of transaction amount

Affiliate Relationships

We maintain partnerships with various travel service providers. When you click on certain links and make bookings, we may receive a commission. This does not affect your pricing or our obligation to provide impartial advice.

We maintain social media accounts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others. Content shared on these platforms is governed by the respective platform's terms of service in addition to our own policies.

We collect and process personal information necessary to fulfill your booking, including:

Arrangement Processes
Itinerary Planning

Upon receiving your inquiry, we will:

  • Prepare a customized itinerary within 2-4 hours (business hours)
  • Provide detailed pricing breakdown
  • Address all your questions and concerns
  • Make necessary revisions until you're satisfied
  • Send booking confirmation upon receipt of deposit

Pre-Departure Information

At least 7 days before departure, you will receive:

  • Final itinerary with day-by-day details
  • Hotel vouchers and confirmation numbers
  • Contact numbers (local guide, emergency helpline)
  • Packing suggestions and weather information
  • Important travel tips and cultural guidelines

During Your Trip

While traveling, you will have:

  • 24/7 access to our emergency helpline
  • Local guide contact information
  • WhatsApp support from our operations team
  • Hotel concierge support at all properties

Post-Trip Follow-up

After your trip, we will:

  • Request feedback on your experience
  • Address any concerns or complaints promptly
  • Provide assistance with any post-trip issues
  • Maintain your records for future bookings
Booking Term
Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when:

  • You have received a written confirmation from Easy Thai Holidays
  • The required deposit has been received and processed
  • All necessary information has been provided

Verbal confirmations or WhatsApp messages do not constitute confirmed bookings.

Booking Modifications

Modifications to confirmed bookings are subject to:

  • Availability at the time of modification request
  • Approval from service providers
  • Any applicable change fees from airlines, hotels, or tour operators
  • An administrative fee of ₹2,500 per person per modification

Modifications include changes to:

  • Travel dates
  • Hotel categories
  • Passenger names (as per airline policies)
  • Itinerary details

Name Changes

Name changes on flight tickets follow airline policies and typically incur substantial fees or may not be permitted at all. For hotel reservations, name changes are usually possible but must be requested at least 7 days before check-in.

Package Customization

Our packages can be customized to your preferences. Custom itineraries may have different pricing than our standard packages. Once a custom package is confirmed and deposit paid, it is subject to the same cancellation and modification policies.

Right to cancel?
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email) to bookings@easythaiholidays.com. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written notice, not the date you decide to cancel.

Cancellation Charges:

  • 45 days or more before departure: Full refund minus ₹5,000 processing fee per person
  • 30-44 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
  • 15-29 days before departure: 75% of total package cost
  • Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total package cost (no refund)

Special Circumstances

During peak seasons (December 20 - January 10, April 10-30), stricter cancellation policies may apply. These will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation.

Supplier Cancellation Policies

Some service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators) have their own cancellation policies that may be more restrictive than ours. In such cases, their policies will take precedence. We will inform you of any such restrictions at the time of booking.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 10-15 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days
  • International Payments: 15-20 business days

Refunds are subject to deduction of:

  • Non-refundable deposits paid to suppliers
  • Applicable cancellation charges
  • Payment processing fees

Force Majeure Cancellations

In case of cancellations due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government travel bans), we will work with service providers to reschedule your trip or provide maximum possible refund. However, Easy Thai Holidays cannot guarantee full refunds as we are bound by supplier policies.

Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to:

  • Insufficient participation (for group tours)
  • Force majeure events
  • Safety concerns
  • Non-payment by due date

If we cancel your booking (excluding cancellations due to your non-payment), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Booking Information & Warranties
Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided to us is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Any false or misleading information may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.

Health & Fitness

You must inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, dietary requirements, or special needs at the time of booking. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in inability to participate in certain activities and no refunds will be provided.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Medical emergencies and hospitalization
  • Trip cancellation and interruption
  • Lost or delayed baggage
  • Personal accident
  • Emergency evacuation

Travel insurance is not included in our packages but can be arranged upon request. We are not liable for any losses that would have been covered by adequate travel insurance.

Passport & Visa Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure:

  • Your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date
  • You have obtained all necessary visas
  • You comply with health requirements (vaccinations, COVID-19 protocols)
  • You have adequate travel insurance

While we provide guidance, we are not responsible for any issues arising from non-compliance with entry requirements.

Children & Minors

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Special rates apply to children, typically:

  • Infant (0-2 years): Sharing bed with parents
  • Child (2-12 years): With extra bed or sharing
  • Teen (12+ years): Considered as adult for most bookings

Child policies vary by hotel and destination. Confirm at the time of booking.

Additional Terms
Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand and India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chonburi, Thailand, or the courts in Hyderabad, India (for Indian residents).

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Easy Thai Holidays.
